We are a small team on two continents. We write things down, decide in writing and trust each other with real responsibility. Nobody here waits for a ticket to be assigned.
We look for people who care about craft and about the country: engineers who know Laravel, Vue or mobile, people with hands-on tourism experience in Namibia, and anyone who can make a lodge manager’s morning easier. Remote work is normal. Time in Namibia is part of the job.

Built for one bar of signal
Many of our partners run their business over a satellite link. Every page we ship is measured against that: small, fast, and still useful when the connection drops.
Your data stays yours
Calendars, rates, guests and invoices belong to the business that owns them. We host and protect them. We do not sell them.
No lock-in
Websites run on the partner’s own domain, and content can leave with them. We want partners to stay because it works, not because leaving is hard.
